Had a fantastic time with friends visiting the falls and the bird park. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were super friendly. Loved hanging out by the heated pool after our adventures. Breakfast had a great variety, which kept us fueled for the day. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

The shower in our room was quite problematic, as the holder was loose, forcing us to hold the shower head while cleaning up, which was frustrating.

cataratas park hotel e eventos has brilliant facilities and an excellent location for the falls, animal park, and water park. the indoor and outdoor pool areas were great, with plenty of recreational activities like a games room and bouncy castles. breakfast and dinner were nice, and the free wifi worked well during my stay.

We had such a fun time at the hotel! The kids loved the indoor playground with childcare, and we enjoyed the heated pool too. Just a heads up, the walls in the room were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from other guests. 😊

The room was upgraded cause the first one’s air conditioning was broken which was a big relief after a long trip to a hot place. The staff was friendly and helped us with our luggage and gave some recommendations for the local area, that made the stay feel appreciated.
